Who is Michael MickMan Gourdine?

Michael(Mickman)Gourdine was a legendary corrupt N.Y.C. Police Officer who specialized in the trafficking of narcotics as well as prostitution. He was employed as a Police officer from 1990-2000. His peak years were from 1995-1998 were it is reported that he made an estimated five million dollars in illegal graft, bribes, prostitution as well as armed robberies.Several attempts have been made on his life (by his claim Police officers, which has never been substantiated). One was in the spring of 1998 where he escaped unharmed and the other was in 2000 where he was actually shot although his wounds were superficial and not life threatening. Michael Gourdine, Mick-Man, or Candyman as some people called him now resides somewhere in New Jersey where he owns numerous properties and changes residences often. He is also known to have properties throughout the tri-state area as well as in Virginia and Puerto Rico.
