Who is Vav?

Long ago there was a legendary Necromancer who taught the world of his greatness. He blessed the Diablo II community with the world of D2PK and D2PK III. His whereabouts are unknown but legend says he only comes out when he needs a refill on slim jims or to coach his minions in the sport of Basketball.
