What are opinions on Antonio Cortalli watches?

I found that they are not a known brand. It seems it was created to appear as a luxury design for the purpose of selling them on those so called police auction sites. I found it to be shadowy and wouldn't buy it. I almost fell for it but if you search for Antonio Cortalli it will bring you to these websites that look like they have a different URL, but they are all the same formatted websites with different URLs.
