10^2 = 100
10^1 = 10
10^0 = 1
10^-1 = .1
10^-2 = .01
If you can remember one of them you can remember all of them. If you know that .01 is one one-hundredth (1/100) then you can change that to 1/(10^2) and then flip the sign of the power and bring the 10 to the numerator to get 10^-2.
