The Culver's Concret Mixer is a frozen custard mixed really thick with chunks of cookie, bits of candy, fruit and/or gooey toppings. The only thing you have to consider is if you can handle the calories (about 1000 calories for the medium size), and if you have an allergy to corn, soy, eggs, wheat or gluten, and of course peanuts in some of the mixers.
