How do you dye a pink streak in the underlayer of your hair?

If your hair is dark you need to blech the part you are going to dye pink in then leave the blech in for a little while then wash it out after that put the pink dye in then leave it for like a hour the wash it out oh and when you bleach pull the rest of your hair up so it doesn't get dyed
