Do some women actually enjoy the feeling of wearing 4 inch high heels or are they purely for height or fashion?

Most women start wearing high heels for other reasons, such as height or looks, but over time become comfortable in them and don't feel discomfort from wearing them. I love wearing heels because it makes me feel sexier.
