What Pokemon is root fossil?

It can be revived into a rare fossil Pokemon- Lileep.

To revive it go to Rustboro City and enter the Devon Co.

On the 2nd floor a scientist will ask to see your fossil. Give it to him, leave the room, come back with a slot open in your party, and you'll get your Lileep.
