While there is clinical evidence that some anabolic steroids slightly reduce sperm count, it is by no means a form of birth control. Sperm count almost always goes up after the body's natural testosterone levels have recovered. There is not much evidence suggesting sperm count will be permanently reduced after cessation of an anabolic steroid cycle.

I think as long as you use post-cycle therapy drugs like nolvadex, your sperm count will return to a somewhat normal level fairly quickly. Just don't forget that anabolic steroids are not a form of male Birth Control.
