Who are the protagonist in twilight?

well...because Bella IS the narrator but the cullens are the main protagonists because they are the ones who protect Bella from the villains. however, she becomes a hero in Breaking Dawn because she gets this shield power and so she protected the vampires in her side from the volturi....
