You may have to take a yoga, exercising, swimming or any other activity course for maybe a few weeks. I personally think you should try stretching or doing activitys that make your body flexible. You could ask you doctor, physio, nurse or any one who knows about medical stuff on advice. A diet might help. Hope I helped!
