When can you rob or heists in Mafia Wars?

Heists were renamed as Robberies after a legal battle between Mafia Wars and Mob Wars. The way to do one before they were disabled was from a player's profile page. Where the options appear "attack", "sucker punch" etc, there was an option "rob" which brought up a list of the player's properties and how well defended they were.

It has not been announced when Robbery will be reintroduced. Possibly with or after the Bangkok update around Christmas.
