Why you are interested in this education?

This is a question that will be asked in every potential teacher interview. Unfortunately (or fortunately) there are no standard answers to the question. It is a highly personal question. One that you will need to know if you hope to get hired.

Do your research. Know what you want, your objectives. Know where you came from and what you have to offer the students and the district. Most importantly, be honest. Try to BS these people and you will find yourself still searching for a job.
