How do I reply to a post in a craigs add?

i have sent numerous emails to the "help desk" and have yet to get an answer. I can not reply to any post in the "adult section" of Craigslist. There is no address to send the reply, however in sporting goods babysitting etc there are addresses to post a reply.

Why is this happening and how can I get the fix to start replying again. This started about a month ago
