Why is forgivness important?

i am not sure but i think it is important because otherwise you will never be happy and it is nice to forgive. please improve because i am not sure! it also reduces heath problems

Coming from a Christian herself, You are supposed to forgive because that's what God says. We are supposed to love thy neighbor as we love ourselves. It's his rule that we are meant to live by. However forgiving someone doesn't mean you have to be involved with the person in question. Do what is best for you.
