To remove the factory radio from a 2008 Mitsubishi Triton, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal to ensure safety. Then, use a flathead screwdriver to carefully pry off the trim panel surrounding the radio. Once the trim is removed, unscrew the bolts securing the radio in place and gently pull it out from the dashboard. Finally, disconnect the wiring harness and antenna cable from the back of the radio.
