The innumerable follies that laid waste my walking include distractions from technology, the lure of procrastination, and the tendency to overthink every step. These distractions often pull my focus away from the simple joy of movement and the beauty of my surroundings. Additionally, the pressure to accomplish too much can lead to a hurried pace, robbing me of the mindfulness walking can offer. Ultimately, these follies create barriers to experiencing the present moment fully.
