How do you get rid of your partner on princess debut?

There is no way to get rid of your partner and end without one, but if you play your cards right and say the right things you have the option to dump them for Keifer or Klaus. Next to that, you'll have to play out the rest of the time with the partner you're apparently not satisfied with or create a new game and save it over that save slot.
