How do you get a tourist visa for Saipan?

Saipan is considered part of the US for Immigration/tourism purposes. If you are a United States citizen, therefore, you do not need a Visa as long as you show proof of US citizenship (i.e. US passport, army orders, etc).

There are 37 additional countries the citizens of which do not need a visa for entry to Saipan.

In addition, through a special Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program, citizens of China and Russia also do not need a visa to enter Saipan.
