What is the easiest way to get friendship?

Making friends as one gets older becomes increasingly difficult. As children in school we are surrounded by people our own age with similar interests to us. As adults this ready pool of friends is no longer available. The best place to start is institutions, for example churches often have social time. After that, volunteering can bring you into contact with others who have similar interests.
