You are an USA citicent but you leave in another country are you eligible to get back all your social security money withyeld when you were working in USA?

The Social Security website has a chart. http://www.socialsecurity.gov/retire2/retirechart.htm Born 1937 or earlier, then full benefits at 65 years old. Born 1943-54, then full benefits at 66 years old. Born 1960 or later, then full benefits at 67 years old. If you were born between 1938-42, then full benefits start at an age like 65 years and 2 months, or 4 months, or 6 months, etc.... depending on the year you were born. Ditto 1955-59.
