What is the cub scout law?

No Scouting organization has more than 12 points in their version of the Scout Law. However some trainers have told new scoutmasters to 'remember the 13 point of the scout law...a scout is an adolescent.'

This mentoring is done to help the scouter remember to nurture rather than rebuke.
