Why do guys like to be kissed first?

I wouldn't really know, cuz I'm not a guy,

but my theory is that they're afraid that we'll push them away.

Most guys really hate being humiliated, so they ask us before they do to make sure that we're not going to be mad at them or something. Or it could be manners? Boys ask first to make sure it's okay that they don't over step their boundries. And I think it is really romantic when they do ask, it makes the moment more special. Deep down all men want it to be special.
