What does it mean if you see a hood looking Mexican kid with his left hand painted red and a bar code tattooed on his left wrist?

It is not a gang. Kids that are abused, neglected, scared, just need friends, ghetto kids, and just flat out f*cked up kids come and i guess just ask to join or you could get in by knowing someone in the Red Hands. Red Hands is a section in the Bar Code System. that's why your fools got the barcode on his wrist. there wuz a number right under the bar code wich is sort a like a name givin to you by the Bar Code System Persons. If he didnt have a number he was a faker. ive never seen anybody trying to pose as a Red Hand but im sure people do. Most Red Hands live in the bay area, and if they don't they ar from the bay area. Yeah everyone with a Red Hand has a barcode. and yeah everyone in the Red Hands in livermore is at least part or from a Mexican decent if not all Mexican or Latino.
