Female rabbits can become pregnant as early as 4 months. This is not a good idea at all though.
If you are thinking of breeding your rabbit you should wait at least until she is a year old, and fully grown.
Female rabbits (does) can be bred when they are fully mature, usually 6 to 8 months. That is 18 in human years. Breeding a doe at 4 months could lead to fetal giantism and/ or death during kindling. Every rabbit should have it's own cage by age 8 to 10 weeks.
