If your 18 years of age but still in high school can you leave home without parents permission in kansas?

You are legally an adult, so yes you can leave. They may be upset, but legally they don't own you anymore. =p

DO NOT drop out though. If you are looking to get far away, make sure you enroll in a high school in your new area.
