discrimination is more of a scapegoat in this day and age , with the protection of ACLU and other groups woman and minorities have a better chance of getting a job then a white male does, because i business doesn't want the ACLU saying they hired a man because he is a man but yet its ok to hire a woman or minority and openly admits it to fill a quota , you be the judge on who is really discriminated against
