There are a number of these. Hebrews 11 is nearly a whole chapter which repeats the formula 'by faith...'. some 15 times. It is also mentioned in Habakuk 2:4, Acts 15:9 and 26:18 as well as 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians and James.
