Does Rosalie Cullen have powers

Rosalie Hale does not possess a special vampire ability. She is however considered to be "gorgeous" even by vampire standards.

Some of her more dominant attributes however were passed on during her tranformation into a vampire. For example: on page 307 of Twilight, Edward states that Rosalie brought her "tenacity, or you could call it pigheadedness". So her vain personality and beauty was intensified when she was turned.
