Talking quickly and erratically is one possible symptom of mania and manic episodes in Bipolar disorder. There are many treatments for mania and bipolar disorder.

But just because you talk too much doesn't mean you have either of these, or any other possible disorder. It could simply be a harmless personality trait.

Freud would also say that talking too much is a symptom of an oral fixation, meaning something traumatic happened to you during your oral phase of early development, although there is little evidence to back this up.
