Wait I am 5ft tall and have a small frame and weight 123. According to even your chart I am overweight. It says for a small frame person at 5ft I should weigh between 103-113. I think that is BS. I use to weigh like 100-105 and I think I look so much better now. I love my body much more now. This chart is not right either.
