Is it possible to get pregnant 6 years after your husband's vasectomy?

Vasectomies are one of the most successful ways of preventing pregnancy, but like any other method, they are not 100% effective. So to answer the question, yes it is possible (although not likely for most people). If there is a question of pregnancy, check with your physician or take a home pregnancy test.
