What would you do if you order an ice cream cone and you forget to bring money?

If I ordered an ice cream cone and realized I forgot my money, I would apologize to the cashier for the oversight and explain the situation. I might ask if it's possible to hold the order while I quickly retrieve my money or offer to return later to pay. If that isn't an option, I would graciously decline the ice cream and thank them for their understanding.
