Before you do anything, you have to discuss this with your parents. Some parents don't like their children dating until they're in high school. If your parents say it's alright, here are some tips for how to get a boyfriend:
1. Find a guy your interested in. Make sure you don't like this guy just because he's cute. Make sure you like his personality, his friends, and his hobbies and what he likes to do.
2. This step is important. You need to communicate to him. Try talking to him or texting him or something like that. Try to avoid having your friends do all the talking for you. This might be hard, but if you don't get past this step, your chances of having a boyfriend are slim.
3. Keep in touch. After you talk to him, don't lose him after the first conversation. Keep talking to him in anyway possible. Try not to over due it though. If you constantly talk and stalk him, he might catch on. After a while, get more friendly. By the end of this step, you want him to start bringing up some conversations as well.
4. Get really friendly with him. Start walking together, or even go out somewhere as friends. Even though you want to act friendly towards him, you don't want to be friends forever. Because by the time you ask him out, it'll be awkward for him and you.
5. FLIRTING TIME! Start making signs to him that you want to be more then friends. Be creative. Blink you eyes, toss you hair every once in a while, practice it some. If you flirt correctly, he'll definitely like it and be interested.
6. It's time. Even though you've worked hard, be emotionally prepared. Rejection is a big part of being in a relationship. If he hasn't asked you by this time, be extra prepared. It may mean he just wants to be friends. Try saying things like this:
"Hey, so I was wondering if you might want to go out some time."
Remember, confidence is key! Good luck!
