How can I tactfully inform someone that it's my birthday?

In my opinion birthday celebrations are not necessary. People should not ask others to celebrate their birthdays. They should think that they are not very great to do that. Even great people may ask not to celebrate their birthdays. In these days certain birthdays lead to bad consequences. Overwhelming joy makes some people to do mistakes. If you think that you need some good blessings on that particular day, you may ask someone granting him a gift who is morally good to bless you for a good prosperous life. You may pray to God.
