How much for a pound of soda can lids?

The price for scrap aluminum is the same regardless of the source, however I can't tell you this price as it varies frequently. However today (10/20/15) the local scrap yard will give $0.25 to $0.35 a pound for aluminum cans.

If you are in a state that specifically recycles aluminum cans and has a deposit, you will get the deposit back for each whole can but only the much lower scrap price for just lids.
