Maybe you should figure out what's really bothering you. You already know it isn't the "stupid things", so what is it?
My best advice is to write a list of rules/things to remember/ect. I have a list that is my rules to success ( in being happy, I suffer from a mood disorder) I wrote a list of 10 things that help me focus on being a good girlfriend and stop the nagging. For example I wrote remember I am his girlfriend for a reason, no one else is and trust completely always, and so on. As dumb as it sounds I read it daily and it refocuses me. I tend to over analyze things, dwell and draw dumb conclusions. So if you write a list or even a short note to yourself, include why your relationship is good and it might help you to believe and live it.
