Why do the New Orleans Saints and Pittsburgh Steelers have the same team colors?

One NFL team can have the same colors as another, there is no rule that says you can't. The teams usually have different shades of a certain color. The Steelers are listed as black, gold and white and the Saints as old gold, black and white.
