How do you write a letter of recommandation?

In education, the person writing the referral will describe the work the candidate has performed, and vouch for that person's usefulness as a potential teacher. They will probably mention some things the candidate has done very well. They will recommend the candidate as a good potential employee. If they do not feel that way, the writer should decline the request to write a referral for the candidate.
