A true super inspector has dedicated

a good portion of his life to arrive where they are; they have

likely spent previous years in a highly successful, regimented

lifestyle. They have already mastered entrepreneurial skills and

could succeed at almost any endeavor of their choosing. The home

inspection industry has always embraced old fashioned technology

and for decades has been stuck in the "resistance to change"

mentality. This specific industry reached it's cap years ago and

those who are stuck in this pothole have the personal drive,

mentality and desire to achieve higher goals but are simply unable

to reach the upper floors. To reach these upper limits require a

paradigm change, a different approach that can only be attained by

past expertise and experience that is gained from a different

profession. Super inspectors are most likely ex business

executives, burnt out doctors, retired airline pilots and people of

that mind set. It is highly unlikely that they would be generous

enough to take several months out of their life to counsel a

younger protégé. It is doubtful there will be a "super inspector

university" arrive on the scene anytime soon. It is probable that

in the future someone will establish some type of two week seminar

to garner profits from struggling frustrated home inspectors with

lofty dreams of six figure incomes, without any guarantees, much

like the aspiring gold miners heading to Alaska.

The answer to this question would

simply be to find a successful super inspector and entertain the

idea of entering into a type of franchise where they would take you

under their wing for several months and breed or clone another

super inspector for a fee and/or a royalty of your income. This

would be a winning situation for both parties, as there is plenty

of room in the inspection business for more super inspectors. At

this time I would be highly critical of any get rich seminar, or at

best do your due diligence and scrutinize or research the

operation. Find a super inspector near you and share your ideas

with them.
