Should you use an Objective and a Summary of Qualification in your résumé?

The average recruiter looks at hundreds of Cvs each day. This tends to mean they make their mind up quickly about which candidates to shortlist. There is evidence that they make up their mind around two thirds of their way down page one. So you need to attract their attention early on your CV.

You should put your most recent qualifications at a minimum. Most employers are looking for qualifications.
