Yes!! They are providing access to stolen material. If you use a username that you know is not yours, you are fraudulently gaining access to the material and in respects you are stealing from the website. Most of the time websites do not prosecute for this because the hassle of identifying perpetrators and the legal fees, but they could do this and you could suffer penalties and be charged for theft. Also think about this, some of these usernames were created out of the country using fake or stolen credit card information. Not only are you stealing from the site, you potentially are being connected to credit card theft, identity theft, etc. Remember when you are online your IP can easily be decoded by authorities.
