First, put the energy ring and the metal fusion wheel together until they click.

Next, take the spin track and attach it to the performance tip and screw it tight.

Now take these two assemblies and use the tool to screw them tightly together until you hear a click.

Finally, take the face bolt and screw it tight in the hole of the energy ring. Use the tool when you feel that it's hard to tighten it.
