How can you completely close up an earring hole that you've had for years and will you be able to pierce back over it later?

OK here's what has to be done, first the jewellery needs to be removed, then you have to see your doctor and get the old piercing lanced and stitched. Once it heals and this can take a while (3~6 months, longer is better) then you can see about having the lobes repierced where you want them.
