I came home turned on the television and it was showing individual colors It looks 3D and it looks like it's fish eye view No clue how to fix it and nothing happened to it at all help?

The color convergenceis out If it is a large screen go to the convergence screen and adjust it back. If it's an old regular tv .You have most likely lost one of the color guns in your picture tube unless it's very expensive not woth fixing
