Where do you get iron boots in Zelda Skyward Sword?

Ice ring isles, to get there without freezing you need the fire arrows which are given by the queen fairy to see the queen fairy you need the Ballad of the gales song to get that go into a cyclone and use your arrows to defeat cyclos. Finally warp to B2 to get your arrows, shoot the island with a fire arrow then go in and follow the ice path and open the treasure chest inside is the iron boots.
