How did Sam Kinison die?

His car was hit head on by a drunk driver while driving north on US 95 (Not I-95) just west of Laughlin, NV. He died from multiple traumatic injuries sustained in the accident and was pronounced dead upon arrival at Needles Desert Community Hospital.
