Can you take 10mg of Valium with 25mg of Promethazine and 25mg Benadryl?

Promathazine and Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) are antihistamines. Both have remarkable sedative action. They should not be taken together and with Valium also. All the three drugs will sedate the patient heavily.
