What is the value of a Jim Beam 1970 Preakness decanter?

I had the hardest time finding this. Found out we have to look it up as a cable car, not a trolley, for it to work. Found out that NIB it's sold for about $60 American dollars. Used is reduced in value to more than half of full price.
