How much do Chinese people pay in taxes?

China gets most of it's taxes by taxing foreign goods. That's why things are so much moreexpensive in China. Have you ever seen Chinese people shop at stores like Coach and Nordstrom's? They buy everything like it's free. It's because things are double or triple in China. The goverment only charges about 20% on income tax, but they don't offer socialservices like the states.It's very different from America where we get most of our taxes through income. About 93% comes from income and payroll taxes. I've been to China many times and America is still the best country in the world.
